Problems and troubleshooting

A pop-up from Smart Launcher informs me that my subscription has ended, but I believe it may be an error.

If you believe it's an error from Smart Launcher, we suggest proceeding by disabling the premium features. On this page, you will find details about how to resolve the issue. Once it is fixed, Smart Launcher will re-enable your premium features.

After the last update (or a new install or a factory reset) Smart Launcher doesn’t recognize my purchases.

You are likely experiencing an issue related to how the Play Store manages in-app purchases. In-app items are associated with the account used for their purchase and are considered valid only in apps that are downloaded or updated while you are signed in to the Play Store using that account.

Solution: sign in to Play Store with the same account you used to purchase the license, then clear the cache of your Play Store app and reboot your device. If it still does not work, try this procedure.
