Samsung devices usually work just fine with Smart Launcher. If you are experiencing some issues, here you may find the solution you are looking for.

The wallpaper does not scroll.

It seems like Samsung disabled (or broke) this feature in the One UI 2.1 update. The feature has been disabled at the firmware level, so there is nothing we can do to fix it. UPDATE: The feature works again as expected in the firmware based on One UI 3.0. If you are experiencing this problem, check if a firmware update is available for your device.

The clock reports a wrong alarm time, generally 5 minutes before the set time.

This is a known bug. Unfortunately, we cannot fix it, because it is caused by another app (Samsung clock app) which communicate erroneous info to Smart Launcher.

The good news is you can easily fix solve the problem by installing and using a different Alarm clock app like Google Clock https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.deskclock
