It seems like Samsung disabled (or broke) this feature in the One UI 2.1 update. The feature has been disabled at the firmware level, so there is nothing we can do to fix it. Our best suggestion is to ask for the reintroduction of this feature on the Samsung forum.
UPDATE: The feature works again as expected in the firmware based on One UI 3.0. If you are experiencing this problem, check if a firmware update is available for your device.
This is a known bug. Unfortunately, we cannot fix it, because it is caused by another app (Samsung clock app) which communicate erroneous info to Smart Launcher.
The good news is you can easily fix solve the problem by installing and using a different Alarm clock app like Google Clock
At the moment, there aren’t any other known issues on Samsung devices, if you find any, please report the problem to support+samsung@smartlauncher.net
