# Multiple Google accounts licensing issues

Please follow this procedure if Smart Launcher can’t verify your license and if you are using more than a Google account on your device.

* Uninstall Smart Launcher, if you want you can perform a backup to avoid losing your configuration.
* Using a **computer** open this page <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ginlemon.flowerfree> and log in using the same account you used to purchase the license.
* Click on “Install” on the web page, then wait for the installation process to finish on your device.
* After the installation, check if Smart Launcher recognizes your license. If it doesn’t, a reboot could be necessary.

Since the issue causing this problem is related to how Google Play Store handles purchases in a multi-account environment, this procedure could help even if you’re experiencing the same problem with another app.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.smartlauncher.net/faq/purchases-and-plans/license-and-purchases/multiple-google-accounts-licensing-issues.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
